The rest is all repetition of various sorts.

N.B. For the chords that repeat four or eight times a measure (esp. Guitar 2), it's probably not necessary to
"sound" every note; just hold the fingering for that chord down and sound at least the lower two or three strings,
as a power chord, using almost all down-strokes. In live recordings, it sounds as though Bob 2 is mostly playing
the lower two strings with a palm mute during the "yeah"'s, but on Q & A the chords sound more rung out.
